About this parkrun

A two lap course, half on tarmac, the rest on grass. Hilly bit on grass gets muddy so trail shoes advisable during the winter or after heavy rain.

Easy to find @ Whinfield Recreation Ground on Butlin Road in Rugby- CV213SD. Parking alongside. Two lap run is over tarmac, shale and grass. Road shoes OK most of the time. Trail shoes good when wet and slippy. Friendly bunch!

Ironically a run round about 12 football pitches - 2 lap course with a lovely off road section each lap short sharp hill. Walked a mile from train station - Rugby is a mainline West Coast Avanti line.Walked 1.2 m to Spoons in town for breakfast.

Nice parkrun around some fields

Just over 2 laps, tarmac path around park, gravel track down, then up through plantation, around football pitches-muddy after wet weather. Finish on football pitch. Multi terrain. No toilets at site. Small free car park. McD & Tescos close by.
