fetcheveryone Yay! PB! 5 miles in the middle on a grassy track, which was flat, but not my favourite surface. Gel at 6.5, and no water until 9.5, then another sip at about 10.8. Banana and bread of heaven 2 hours before. 5 hours sleep.
