WildeRover This is going to be tough - but could well be a PB. My PB was set on this same race one year ago. I am quicker now - but I had a heck of a race last year. If it goes well, it will be a PB. If it goes really well, I have sub 30 in my legs. If I get it wrong........................might not make it. Well, its a new PB, a new highest age grading score, a new highest ranking - and yet I am a bit disappointed. Was bang on schedule for my 30 through 3 miles, then had a stitch and died on my arse a bit over the final mile. Can still do better.
