Obigone Garmin time for now. Quite warm and humid conditions, the course was pretty flat. After a lap of the track it was out and around a very pretty park in the middle of Wythenshawe! Must say although I live quite near here I've never been! Congratulations to all at Sale Harriers for an excellent race, it was good to see Doctor K again, and I can recommend this race to all!

Doctor K Gonna try for a PB -result, 9 seconds away from it. Now I know the Radcliife 5K where I got the PB was a bit short ! Warm morning and not in 5k mood after a hard few weeks racing. Gave it all I had but not enough. Good start -struggled 1k-3k then a good last 2km

Should Av Run Quicker Went off a bit too quick but settled into a nice pace, as usual a dodgy 2-3k but really picked it up towards the end. A new PB. £20 1st vet (I was 2nd vet but 1st vet came second overall) and won the team prize. Great result
