AllyB Did 10k at the weekend and my first 5k split was 21:50, second was about 22, so should be on for a PB here. Lets see if I can break 21mins! Should be a flat, fast course and cool as well. **UPDATE** Destroyed my previous pb, which I was quite pleased about. Weather was crap but good for running and there was a slight boggy bit along the course but nothing too serious. Good race all round, sub 20 is next methinks.

Luiz Entering on the day, so betting might be a bit dicey, but my first 5K split at the COM this weekend was 29:00, and my second 5km was a teeny bit faster, so it could be worth a bet!
