CC2 Speedy Goth Not done this one before but I gather it includes part of the 10 mile course, which I enjoyed when I ran it last year.

FML Entering on the day, not sure what the course is like but hope to get close to PB. A challenging course, especially from 5km onwards. Really really really really really really really really really really pleased with PB, just hope official results confirm it

Spud-runner A pretty good 10K for pace and variety of terrain. Well organised and just that little bit different to make it interesting. Had a so-so race, suffered from PF pain from 3K onwards, so very pleased with just over 42 mins finish. (especially after recent flu bout and covering only 19 miles in training over past 2 weeks!!) Once healed will be pushing for sub-40!! :-)
