TZ Perfect sunny day with almost no wind. Jogged around at MP, sticking obsessively to my plan and avoided being goaded into racing! Very happy with 15th overall and 10mins faster than my (racing) time here last year.

Smile2 over did it at pump yesterday - superb session but my leggies are not as loose as I would like - the gluteus maximus is maximised for sure - anyways - it will probably be a training run. Boot Camp Ken's favourite race so might be amusing if he is there...... you never know .... it will be tight OUTCOME:PB - WAY HEY.....just - great race - will do next year - the hill at the end and the narrow path meant mile 9 running behind and could not get past- but very happy- Mr RAF can you put this one on more often?
