Mrs Winkle I'm determined to get better at 5k speeds - however, this is only 3 weeks after FLM so who knows what state I'll be in! I'm running in memory of my friend Sue who died last year. half killed me, hated everything but the first and last km. Started too fast, under-trained, hotter than I'm used to. Moan, moan, grumble. Got a PB though. :-)
