RichyC Not the most exciting of courses but a friendly, well organised and fairly well attended race. Constant wind in your face along the coast for about 5 or 6 miles was a bit tedious and brought back memories of Edinburgh marathon which also follows that part of the route but thankfully managed a pb and my first time under 1.30 for a 1/2...woohoo!

Little Stoker Should be able to give the pb a go. Been running well, and am well rested, so fingers crossed. UPDATE: Ran like the village idiot. 6:57 first mile, 7:20 for the next 3 or 4, and so I was shot after 5 or 6. Struggled home in 1:49:15, just relieved it was sub 1:50 !!
