CottamRunner First of the 4 Preston Guild Races (5k, 10k, 10M, HM/Mara) - a day after a fell race and a week after the Mcr Mara. Ran well over a tricky up-and-down course, to a big PB! Very close to sub-19 .... well in reach. Splits: 3.37 / 3.46 / 3.53 / 3.56 / 3.53 = 19.05
