AngeM 2nd try at pacing b/friend for sub-2 hours half. The hills got him though and his reaction when I said we should pick the pace up a tiny bit at 9 miles, to get sub 2 hours, was met with a grunt and a comment that he'll be just glad to finish! So we just missed sub 2 hours for him! Great race though.

Northern Exile Decided to do this while I was visiting family in Staffordshire. This is a tough course through some fairly uninspiring inner city council estates, can't say I recommend it.
