About this parkrun
This is a hilly course with two laps, all on tarmac. Despite the large numbers, the course isn't crowded at all.Deinonychus 28th May 2019
Two laps on tarmac. Playfully up and down. Wide enough to cope with the numbers and can still get a reasonable time. Well organised and friendly bunch. Plenty of parking.

On the alternate course at the moment. Busy start, with some hills. Tough, but fair.

2 laps, mainly tarmac through a lovely country park on the south side of Glasgow
One longer but steady climb within the first 1km
A couple of shorter, sharper climbs thereafter
Finish is fast as it's on a descent
Not a PB parkrun course but fun!

Heavy rain with lots of puddles so pleased with my time!

Two undulating loops, a few ramps are steep but short, downhill finish.
