Club		 PB SB Pred Time WAVA
paskha 11th Half / 3rd Plymouth Half. More runners - and I started near the back, my time was 2:16. I'd had a problem with my knee and had done so little running, I was amazed I got under 2:20! Dartmoor Discovery was cancelled this year and Duchy had moved to September, so there was nothing to get me motivated - I nearly didn't do this. It was all on main roads this year cos of Foot & Mouth - we weren't allowed through Saltram Park ....
