Heavyweight Not as many here as I thought there'd be making for slightly lonely running. Perfect weather for a good time but a few gentle ups & downs slowed me down.

Puffing Bertie Good run i was happy with my time specially as the last 2k was all up hill...........it felt hard work but after i felt like i hadnt done anything so i kinda know i was sitting back!

Running Fish good running conditions with light drizzle throughout, couldnt say it was a hilly course, but it was never flat. should have dipped under 36, but the incline for the last k did for me.

wick good course.pretty flat and well marshalled. I did not mind not getting a medal but I think it should have been made clear before people signed up for the race.I will do it again next year.
