Lieutenant Lucerne PB highly unlikely on what I understand to be a challenging course. **** A good race, with some testing hills up to 7km. The view from there was worth the effort. Managed to do quite well on the uphill stages, but got overtaken by three or four runners on the downhill section. One minor complaint is that the final km was a bit congested with pedestrians and cars. A car pulled out in front of me forcing me to stop. Still it wouldn't have changed my finishing time by much. Impressive performances from those who managed a PB on this course.***

Steady Fast Quite a hard course I think so not expecting to go too fast on this. RESULT ! Beat my PB by over 3.5 minutes so I'm happy with that. Course was tough but very good.

viperno7 Aimed for sub 50 mins - missed it though had bad cough and v hilly course! Still got PB and knocked almost 20 minutes off my time from last year!!!
