About this parkrun

Two-lap course of varied terrain - the first section is all on grass around a football pitch and parts of the park, followed by a short trail path, and finally a tarmac park path (steep downhill followed by equally steep uphill climb back!).

A very mixed run. Grass to start then highly part on good paths. A good run but definitely not easy!!

2 laps on a mixture of grass, paths and tarmac. Long downhill section with loop then back up the hill, done twice makes it a challenge. Parking next to the start along with toilets and a cafe. Lovely views over the area, very nice parkrun
