About this parkrun
Very Welsh! Mostly tarmac with a bit of gravel/puddles. Gentle up, followed by a sharper hill in the first mile. 180 round a cone at top. Mile 2 mostly flat (with another 180) incl. lovely willow tunnel. Last km gentle downhill. Great marshals.fetcheveryone 7th Jan 2019
Out and back, with couple of detour spokes. 1st km gently uphill reversed for last km. Middle includes a spoke to a hill with short steep bit, spoke next to the railway line and a lap of the pond (with a tunnel). Mostly tarmac, with gravel round pond

Beautiful park with fishing lakes & woodland. Mainly tarmac with a short gravel track section. Out & back route with a gentle uphill start followed by a short uphill section - last km is downhill. Ample parking and always well marshalled.
