Lovely flat course, two laps, mixture of grass and paths. Lovely setting by the seaside large parking facility

Two laps of the country park. Flat as a pancake. Loos never have enough toilet roll, so take your own!

Lovely run, very flat, hard packed paths. Two laps with lovely views. Is a little short of 5k but really nice location.

Slightly short course. Great volunteers. Options for drinks afterwards.
