Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

bedlam_g I usually PB at this race, but my times at the moment seem to be very unpredictable, I could be anywhere between 38 and 42 minutes, bet at your own risk.
* update * Work commitments meant I couldn’t make it to bed until four am so I was actually feeling pretty crap before this one. Then I probably went too fast at the start and started to fade around 6k, but seemed to find get a second wind at 8k and managed to catch and then just beat a club mate in an epic sprint finish for the line. Another big PB and my first time under 39mins. A really good well organised flat race and perfect for a fast time.

IainMcK Hardly trained for weeks expect to struggle. Conditions almost perfect although there was a strong head wind around Feggie park. Tight achilles after a training run on Thursday meant I kept a slow pace early doors and was half expecting to pull up. Felt OK after 6K so pushed for last 4 and managed to knock over a minute of my PB. Finished 275 out of 770
