Ultra Sparkly Bridget (USB) This is partly off road so no idea of what time to predict. Bet on me at your peril! UPDATE - phew what a scorcher as they say! Had no idea what to expect but really pleased with my time in view of the endless trek round the edge of fields and the temperature.

SparkyMark My nemesis - definitely not a PB course, this is a part road, part trail half marathon that starts at 2pm in June!!!! Hope to break 2 hours which will beat previous best on this course. NO BETS. Slightly over prediction, but conditions were tough. Very warm - 24 degrees and off road does not suit my ankles. However, I am pleased with my run, and good miles in the bank and beat my previous time here by 17 mins. Laid that ghost to rest now - onward and upward. 90th out of 300+.
