About this parkrun
Popular, easy to access from city centre. Lots of car parking. Undulating and flat - nice mix in pleasant surroundings. Very welcoming. Wide tarmac paths.28th Dec 2018
The local. 2 laps (1x2k + 1x3k), some undulation, lots of tight turns. Always well attended, with a great team of volunteers. Held in a beautiful park, a mile from the centre of Belfast. Would recommend!

Busy parkrun, beautiful park. Good surfaces, several bends but good PB potential if you start well forward.

A flat fast course with very friendly volunteers, 2 laps with an extension on the second lap.

Super scenic tarmac course, friendly and well marshalled. Plenty of parking space near the start/finish.

Cracking wee route. If you want a decent time - and it is a course that lends itself to that, you need to start as far forward as you dare, as it is a very congested and uphill start.
