RunnerBean1978 Unfortunately all agreed this was not a PB course with 4 very steep climbs alongside very cold weather in the pitch black. I also had a chesty cold which affected my breathing/asthma and I thought my lung might collapse at 4k! There are also rumours this was actually 3.19k which would have effectively brought my time into line with my PB for a 5k. So sorry to everyone who bet on me - I think I would have smashed my PB under other circumstances due to all my recent speed training! Never mind.
