Can get flooded need to get there early but nice up and down park from my youth

Reasonably flat multi lap course around a pretty park concrete paths all the way. Attracts some very fast runners

Great run lovely park. Lovely enthusiastic volunteers. Toilets and cafe. All tarmac paths. A couple of different routes we had to avoid a hill due to ice. 😀

Good surface, a few minor bumps but quick course, good cafe.

Course has some nice long straights and a little downhill towards the finish. Muddy patch a bit slippy where path is prone to flooding, and a bit tight at the start, up to and over the first bridge.

A 2.75-lap route around a lovely park, all on tarmac with a slight hill at the end of each lap. The first 1km can get very congested due to narrow paths, especially when the grass is too flooded. A nice café with toilets is located near the finish.
