Raisty Raist Went off at a decent pace and held it till about 4 miles when I had to slow because i was nackered. first 3 miles in 20mis and second 3 in 21.30. thought i should have been able to hold the early pace but wasn't to be

Grey Badger Managed to get my PB down by 41 seconds. Thanks for everyone who bet on me. Felt pretty good . Quite a flat course but a bit breezy in places.Got 3rd prize in the M45 category.

RununMan A good race, reasonably flat, couple of loops and traffic free. Nice cuppa and sarni at the finish!!! Felt pretty good most of the run, paced better and finished stronger.

nochickenstrip My First race since starting running 4 months ago, enjoyed the race although I had a bit of a cold coming on (excuses!). Looking forward to my next one! Supposed to be flat but had 2 good hills, still good though!
