AngeM Talked into this by several people because I'm not going to PB at Diss, so thought I may as well do a double this weekend! NNUH 5km fun run-1st lady! It was really low key and good fun!!! Route was all round the Colney playing fields, mostly on grass, some gravel. Included some of the inclines we use for hill work on Wed sessions and it was sooooooooooooo windy!!!
