steeplechaser Delighted with 2nd best ever 10k time. Best for 5 years. 1.5 mile warmup & gel to start. Cool about 10-12C. Finished 4th V50. Only just behind Martin Davis & Chris Hodge although an elite from Cornwall AC, Chris Harry ran 35.03!!!No problems during race, but right leg caused difficulty in cool down.
