About this parkrun
Flat multi-terrain course in the grounds of Tredegar House on the outskirts of Newport. Summer course - starting straight, 2 laps, finishing straight. Winter course - 3 laps. Free parking in red gra carpark. Toilets on site. NT cafe.WildeRover 7th Jan 2019
I did this in the summer when it was two flat laps. Nice course and as it's National Trust, loos on site and a nice cafe.

Winter course lovely setting NT car park. 3 loops of the pond light trail got tripped by some idiot not looking. Nice cafe at the end coffee a bit weak. Cheese scones nice.

Lovely flat 2 lapper through parkland and forest trails. Good surface, fine for road shoes or trail runners. Right next to campsite too, which was a lucky coincidence
