makizmo 82 A cracking little race with perfect weather for running- could have done with a spot of sunshine tho. The buffet after was a treat. managed to time a burst at the end over the bridge to hold my position.

northernrunner nice race and good course but was disappointed with my time as got a bad stich at mile 2 and couldnt shift it till about mile 5, 19th position

Grey Badger The rain just about stopped while the race was on. A very flat course. Well organised and marshalled by Elswick Harriers and a very nice supper afterwards. 30th.

Lisrun A great race ! Starts at Newburn and goes along an old railway path on the north side of the Tyne to Wylam, crosses the river and comes back on the south side, before crossing again at Newburn. Flat and scenic, don't miss it ! *Update* Pretty tired, but good conditions and it was good to see a good turn out of Fetchies :-)
