About this parkrun

Two laps one shorter than the other, along the front and fairly flat bar two wee drags on both laps. Like any seaside course beware of the wind.

Along by the sea front with some hills on both laps. Very friendly team and lovely being by the sea 😊

Can be a little bracing in the wind, but mostly flat apart from the hill towards the lollipop part of the lap. Lovely to see everyone going the other way!
