About this parkrun

Great one lap route in the forest on good trail, nice and flat. Excellent post pr cafe on the river. The core team are a really friendly couple from the UK.

A nice 1 lap basically flat through the trees. Easy on public transport and toilets before the start. Nice cafe too.
