Blister Well at least it was quicker than before, even though by just 7 seconds. I think if it wasn't so bloody hot I would have been about 10-15 seconds quicker today. I was leg 12 this time so a lot of waiting around and didn't start until 4:15pm. They say that this is roughly equivilant to your flat 5K time, so hopefully I will do around 18:40 on my next flat 5K as long as my knee gets better soon and it's not too hot. Our team finished last (65 teams)! Good quality field, the speed of most of the runners is awsome.

mxhornet Called on a late notice to race and a bit wary of the heat and early hills I held back but I'm not too worried by slower than normal time.

wizlyn 30th lady on 1st leg. Let the fast gals go and ran my own race... pretty happy with this on course with a couple of not insignificant hills. felt better than expected after Mondays long MP run. FLM taper must be working!
