Cutjap Missed the prediction by 7 seconds but if i'd put the foot down over the last 500 metres I could have made it up! Still, another PB - I didn't actually think I'd be below 45 as I didn't do much training for this. Looking forward to next 10k though, hopefully knock another few seconds off. Thanks to those who put a wee bet on, sorry I was out by such a small margin!

IanS Tough race with all the different surfaces, and definitely hard work on the grass. Garmin measured it a bit short and that seemed to be the general opinion but what can you do - I'll still take the PB :-)

Ribenaface (RFSQL) Suspiciously short. Fantastic cakes and tea at the end though.
