kudu Good race, felt strong throughout and was able to push it on the last hill. Kept a fairly steady pace and watched people dropping off the back of the big lead group which was going at about 5 minute miles! BIG PB which is good as I'd been talking it up too much beforehand - note even if you are feeling good in training, it may not be worth telling everyone about it!
