SparkyMark Warm Conditions and an undulating course with long hill at 7-9k. Was on target until last k when I faded and could not seem to pick the pace up to duck under 50. Still a season's best by 3 minutes so pleased with that. Well organised and marshalled - thanks to Reading Roadrunners

TW My local 10k...not a pb course...long hill at about 7-9kms, but hoping to get inside 43mins...........enjoyed the race, quick first half (20.45), then the hill took it's toll..finished in about 42.30, so very pleased with that.
