wick Great day for running. Good course with just a few small hills and very little traffic. Given a tee shirt before the race started which was a nice touch. Very few stewards but they were not really needed.

Ultracat my watch, maybe a few seconds to add on as didn't hear starting horn. Undulating route with a fairly tough short sharp hill at 4 miles. Warmest day of the year so far.
