Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Bod V.Tough going. Rain, wind and crowded start and finish. Just an excuse I suppose for a distinct lack of training of late.

No.8 ™ Not a PB, but happy with the time after the traumas of Blackpool. Above all felt comfortable and had some left in the tank, so a real confidence booster. Course was congested and tight for the first three miles but eventually opened out. Sad thing is all I could think about was Gobi, as it continuously pissed down with rain after the first 5 miles.

Swanny Unfortunately 5 minutes outside a PB but it was to be expected, my lack of training has finally shown me up. Theres no hiding when it comes to race times, you reap what you sew and i havent been doing much sewing lately. Actually reasonably happy with the time considering the lack of trg done lately. It was a slog though and the weather didnt help!

Yazoo Was hoping for a PB but missed by about twenty seconds. Very twisty in places which can't have helped. And was it just me but were a few of the mile markers misplaced/non-existent? Just an excuse I suppose, I should have run faster!
