Chaz Just run a 29m47s 5 miler. 10k PB is 37m31s. It will be close and I will need to be in a positive frame of mind. ****Update**** Feeling good, going to run it on feel and maybe, just maybe, the PB will go. ****Report**** Very happy with form and ran probably my best ever race. Chuffed to bits.

hammerite Had no garmin to help me pace as I left it home by mistake. Took it steady to begin with and noticed a pretty slow time up to 3k, decided to step it up a bit and felt comfortable to the finish and probably could've ended up going a bit quicker. Still v. happy considering I had nearly all last week off ill.
