Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Debstir Milnathort Dash (5.5m). Cracking wee race. Very low key and not a huge amount of runners but it was fab. Very scenic, not as many uphills as I'd been expecting (but the one at halfway was a bit nasty!). Struggled a bit halfway round then got a second wind and felt quite comfortable on the home stretch. Would definitely do this one again.

Fat Boy This was the 7th time that I have run this race and I was pleased to finish 4th overall from the 70 finishers. I won the 'King of the Hills' prize (six cans of Tennents Velvet) for reaching the top of the first hill in the lead. I was soon overtaken however by the race winner (Dave Knight from Perth) who won the race in 29.45. I had a good battle for the rest of race with Dave Weir who placed 2nd in 30.43 and I held 3rd place until the final 300 metres where I was overtaken and outsprinted to the finish by 2 seconds.
