About this parkrun
Of Radio 4 fame: statistically the hardest / slowest parkrun. For most of the year, it's an old school cross country run through knee deep mud that saps any strength or speed you may think you have!5 flattish laps of a playing field, mostly grass.

Quagmire for most of the year. So tough on your legs as you slip and slide round most of the lap. Could be quick if it dried out, rare in the lake District.
