Nice gently undulating three lapper on a mixture of surfaces

3lap course, very gradual up hill to begin with while you run around the open part of the park, then a steep downhill to the woods, climb up through the woods and back into the park where you snake your way back to the start.

3 lap course mostly on paths. Somewhat undulating but not excessively so. Good view of other runners as you go around.
