Tarmac paths. Complex course, more-or-less three laps but with an added there-and-back; fortunately well marshalled so marshalls can direct you. Some undulations. Starts behind the leisure centre, where there are toilets and coffee etc.

Out and back based course on the Taff Trail. Plenty of free parking and next to Leisure Centre facilities. All on tarmac with a couple of cheeky undulations.
