FRU (KeepTheFaith) Last year 2hrs 23mins.. improvement? Result: GET IN!!! Could not believe the time.. bloody hardest one ever - grass and weeds very long so the middle drag on the sea wall was a total killer.. heat unbearable till the sea mist arrived PHEW! Well chuffed today - and all this with a dodgy curry belly and the remnants of a head cold - wohooooooooo!!

robrea Great race, so well organised and marshalled, if you havent done this race put it in your races to do list. Managed to get through the first 5 miles in 30 minutes dead before battling out the last few miles to claim the win.
