Lisrun Lovely sunny day but a strong wind made it harder for almost half the race. Same very flat course as last year with a couple of loops. Definitely a good race for a personal best if the conditions are right. Pleased to have finished faster than last year in spite of wind and a slight muscle pull at the top of my left leg at the back. Had this since Hartlepool. Attractive medal, mars bar and lucozade for all finishers.
