I've been running since 1998, but more seriously (races etc.) since 2003. I do mainly 10k's with a couple of half's thrown in each year. Because I work in Ulverston, the bulk of my running is done in the North West with Hoad Hill Harriers of Ulverston. But I do the occasional race back home in Redcar.
