KatieB This was a lovely run. Had hoped for a pb and begun to doubt it, so my time of 23:00 was really pleasing. (although i really thought i got just under!). Will be doing this again next year, it's a great pb course and will be a good benchmark. Lots of harriers plus mrb and slow and family made this a very sociable event. :-)

Slow Going My first 5k, quite excited by a shorter race, quite scared by how fast I'm meant to run it. This is my big push to leapfrog Fetch in the rankings... YES YES YES YES YES YES YES.... can't believe how fast I ran this (sub 7 min/mile) a lovely evening run in the gentle rain, on a fast course, with my family cheering me on, totally brilliant.
