Giantant Very hot day! Pleased with a PB for this distance. Had rather too much energy left at the end so should be capable of a faster time. Nice two lap course with modest hill that has to be done twice.

RunningBob 4th again / 1 MV40. 2 lap course undulating but not hilly for the area. Friendly organisation but quite a lot of traffic despite early start.
