mainly tarmac plus trail - 2 laps - mainly flat- lovely park.
Cafes with outside seating only, Ice creams in Summer.
Also has Splash Park, boating lake, skateboard park, bmx course, boules, bowls, tennis, football/cricket field

2 laps of a great park with a mixture of tarmac and grass paths. Plenty of parking and lovely cafe's to enjoy after the run
