About this parkrun

4 lapper around a lovely little park nestled in the Welsh hills. Small hill to cope with, mainly tarmac and gravel. No dogs due to a narrow section. Fab friendly parkrun, nice welcome from the volunteers.

Brilliant. There is a hill but it’s not too bad.
