eMpTy Conditions amde for a very tough race, rain, flooded roads and a headwind for second half !! Legs felt good at start but after wading though mile 16 started to flag. Pleased with time consiering the conditions and lask of proper preparation.

Hairy Legs Horrible weather - thanks to all the marshalls who did a great job. Not my best run (apologies to those who bet on me) - that will teach me to do 2 x 20 miles races back to back!! Glad to get round at the end of the day.
