About this parkrun
Lovely woodland course through the grounds of Lytham Hall. Largely flat with only 1 small incline so possible to get a fast time. This is a 2 lap course, although can change depending on nesting season for some of the local bird populationTnoP 31st Jul 2019
Two and a half loops of mixed terrain, could be muddy. Good café. Don’t usually like laps but enjoyed it.

2.5 laps round a lovely course. Mainly flat, toilets available. If you park in hall grounds you can't leave till last runner has crossed finish line sopark outside main entrance. Hall is shut on Saturdays too. Toilets and cafe available.
